The International Relations Office coordinates international cooperation and mobility activities at Kazimierz Wielki University and supports the implementation of the University’s internationalisation goals.
The Office:
- coordinates the Erasmus+ programme at UKW, including student mobility for studies and traineeships, as well as teaching and training mobility for academic and administrative staff;
- assists UKW students and staff throughout the Erasmus+ mobility process;
- develops cooperation with foreign universities, international organisations and other partner institutions;
- coordinates international agreements and supports academic partnerships;
- manages individual and group travel abroad by UKW students and staff;
- coordinates visits by international guests, including academic and administrative staff;
- manages or participates in international educational and cooperation projects, including Erasmus+, cooperation partnerships and externally funded initiatives;
- promotes international traineeships, scholarship opportunities and programmes offered by Polish and international institutions;
- supports the University’s international promotion and activities related to internationalisation at home;
- provides practical support and integration activities for Erasmus+ participants, including Welcome Week and the Buddy Programme.
